I was the balloon artist hired for a client’s baby shower. My client paid for a rental of 5 letters spelling out their baby’s name. On the day of the baby shower, instead of bringing 5 letters the delivery guy shows up with the number 5. Apparently, they didn’t bother reading the order message but they made sure to charge my client full price. When we brought the mistake to their attention they then tried to charge additional instead of just fixing their mistake. We ended up having to contact Simply Lit who luckily had what we needed. Oh and they held $50 to cover the number 5 which wasn’t ordered. So if you’re looking for marquee or mosaic number/letter rentals look elsewhere. Customer service is terrible.
