Tosha Holmes is amazing! She is very professional, caring, and educates you on your hair. She is down to earth and made me feel at ease about my first loc maintenance appointment. She really is her own vibe. She always finds a way to fit me in and definitely give me big sister vibes Update: So I’ve been with her about a year now and my locs has grown tremendously. The big sister vibes has definitely continued. She is beyond professional and really cares about her clients. She isn’t they type to do whatever to your hair to make money. Regardless of a potential profit, she will always tell you what is best for your hair such as waiting to color your hair until your locs mature. I definitely recommend her to keep your hair healthy and growing.
