My husband and I hired Your Mix Maui to DJ for my daughter’s grad party. We also rented uplighting and the self-operated Photo Booth through Your Mix Maui. Teddy was very knowledgeable and helpful and his attention to detail saved us a lot of headaches down the line. He may have been the DJ, but he was basically a DJ/party planner/Photo Booth organizer all in one. He was also very accommodating—we changed the details for her playlist for the dancing portion of the evening very last minute and Teddy was super cool with it and it wasn’t a problem and we also made special arrangements for the Photo Booth so my daughter could get pictures with all the guests as they went up to the buffet line (that took a lot of coordination and planning and Teddy was supportive and very helpful every step of the way). Teddy was very easy to talk to—we felt like we could bring up things we wanted or things/didn’t want and he really did his best to accommodate our wishes. Thank you Teddy ~ Linda
Teddy and Aurora are an amazing team! From start to finish they singlehandedly orchestrated our entire day. If it weren’t for them I would have been so lost trying to plan a wedding from the mainland. They helped me to find all of my other fantastic vendors by giving me a breakdown of what each offered. They definitely know the wedding scene on Maui! Completely professional and organized. Anything that they could help with they went out of their way to accommodate us. Teddy is also a stellar DJ! The beats kept us dancing all night !They were such a pleasure to work with and at the end of it all I feel we’ve gained great friends. Thank you Teddy and Aurora for your five star services.
My Wife and I had Teddy and Aurora for our wedding at the Maui Pineapple chapel. Not only were Teddy's DJ skills on point, he went above and beyond what was asked to go over every detail and event to ensure our wedding ran smoothly. I would recommend Teddy's services to anyone looking for music and entertainment to liven up their event. We used Your Mix Maui at our wedding and Teddy was amazing. He did a phenomenal job MCing and DJing our wedding as well as helping with everything run smoothly. His professionalism and experience were evident throughout. He listened to our requests and put together a killer playlist. He cared about the subtle details and showed that he wanted to make our experience unique and matching to our tone. We got SO many compliments on the music and the event overall. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Teddy, the owner of Your Mix Maui, DJ'd our wedding and helped us through three years and three rounds of wedding planning & re-planning (covid) from 2019-2022. He was professional, kind, supportive, and was above and beyond knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. We're talking helpful insight on venue policies and locations, helping us think through the flow of our day and the order of our ceremony, dances, toasts, offering his help when covid threw us for a loop, and referring other great wedding vendors for us to work with. Teddy remembered our wishes and was generous with his time meeting and emailing back and forth with us leading up to each wedding date. When it came to our actual wedding - he listened to our tastes and killed it with fun mixes, great cocktail music, and even custom edits of songs we wanted to use. Teddy kept the party going and managed to keep our dance floor full throughout the night - something we didn't think was possible with our crowd. Teddy even came through with a beautiful audio recording of our ceremony. Teddy is passionate about his work, delivers an incredible service at a really reasonable rate, and treats his clients like friends. We couldn't recommend him more highly!
