Used KJC travel to assist in booking a trip to Jamaica in July 2019. I thought because we live a distance apart and way different time zones that may hinder our process. I requested Kallana to provided several different all inclusive packages to help me decide where I wanted to spend my vacation. Kallana sent extensive details about each resort that helped me finalize my decisions. She provides a quick response to all my questions and walked me through the booking process. We used the monthly payment plan to pay for or trip and it worked out great! She even threw in a few free perks which made our trip even more perfect! Thank you KJC travel for being a step above the rest of the travel agents I have used in the past.
