Aloha, wha gwaan, So I was going through my memories on Snapchat & came across this. 🫠 My bad I never posted it on here. 🌚 This the fried chicken & jerk salmon. I kid you tf not this some of the best fried chicken I ever had! 😩 I was hesitant but they convinced me to try the pumpkin rice to go with it. It DID NOT disappoint! I loved it. EVERYTHING is bomb. I always get the pine & ginger too & it hits everytime.
They have THE!! best Oxtail and Mac & Cheese on the island.
This place was fantastic! Walking in the door, you already smell the goodness being prepared, you can see the food through the glass calling your name! The prices aren’t bad as it is hawaii after all. I placed a order for the Jerk Pork with the Mac salad and they put so much!!!! The flavor was amazing!!!! I’ll definitely be back, I heard the ox tail is the best 😭🤙🏽
The food was delicious and was definitely the real deal. Tried the curry goat and the oxtail, and they were both bussin! The Sorrel was delicious amd refreshing as well! I will definitely be back!
Happy I get to be the 100th review here because this place deserves 5000 more 5 star reviews! I went with my family and it is a family friendly environment. I ordered the ox tail and it legitimately fell off the bone. The plantains were not sweet plantains (my preference), but cooked to golden perfection. I also ordered patties that were delicious but the icing on the cake was their homemade juices. I tried the tumeric one, then the punch one, and ended up purchasing both. This spot is a MUST when you visit here.
