Let me tell you about this fantastic restaurant I stumbled upon. As soon as I stepped inside, I felt this relaxed and inviting atmosphere that was super enjoyable. The menu was a delightful surprise, offering a diverse range of dishes that were prepared with such skill and creativity. The flavors were on point, hitting all the right notes and leaving me wanting more. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Huge portions, too! Best meal we have had on the big island! Thank you!
My honest opinion, it was okay I entered hungry and I left full, but otherwise disappointing. The ambiance, outdoor seating and view was wonderful - we enjoyed it with a cup of coffee before eating. I had the grilled chicken bacon blue sandwich with lava fries. Grilled chicken was small compared to the amount of bread, and it was completely falling apart by the end. The fries have great direction, poor execution. Inside of the fries were undercooked and outside were not crispy, I did not finish them. My date had the mushroom Swiss burger, with garlic parm fries. Burger was dry with a firm texture, saying it felt "microwaved" though we don't know that for sure. She did not finish, not the burger nor the fries. It seems like there are some changes happening. Not sure if it's all related.. Service was also so-so, one lady was bright and smily at the hostess station. Our waitress however was cold, to the point, and seemed pressed to move on.

The seating at this restaurant was nice and open out on a covered porch. Unfortunately they had no way to wash dishes so they served everything in to-go containers. But that saved time at the end for leftovers. I had the Caprice hamburger. Absolutely delicious! The appetizers of prawns & mozzarella sticks were excellent.
Let start off with I had made reservations for 8 people at 6 PM on the 30th of September. The guy answered the phone call and took my reservation. Put it down wrong. The day was correct, but the time and the number of people were wrong. With that mistake, the waitress was nice enough to make the accommodations . Of my reservations, we sat outside. It was cooler, not a lot of wind, but cool. There were little knacks flying around the place. We ordered our food, and it took over an hour to receive our food. They only had .my table and 2 other tables that both had 2 people on each table a Total of 12 people. 3 of our dishes, we're burnt, which were hamburger state, country fried steak. And I'm not sure what the other steak plate was. But they were all burnt and overcooked. One steamed fish that was under cook. The steak and the hamburger had no taste whatsoever. Besides, a burnt taste, The vegetables Where supposed to be steamed. Vegetables, but it was satiated and also burnt. The taco plate was blend and had no taste. So that was a total of 5 .only 3 of our Plates were not burnt and had an amazing taste. And that was the kid's chicken strips and fries and 2 of their seafood plates. It was a very disappointing dinner. We were celebrating my son 17 birthday and his and his girlfriend's 1 year anniversary. The waitress had apologized numerous times .She even called the manager, who was very nice and understanding also very apologetic. She complimentary all of our food and gave us complimentary dessert. The dessert was the highlight of our dinner. The The manager even gave us a gift certificate to come back. The 2 Cooks did come out to Apologize. However, the 2 cooks were talking to each other and not directly to my party. They also smelled of alcohol.
