Yancey was incredibly professional and a total pleasure to work with as a photographer for an outdoor non-profit event. He moved effortlessly through the crowd, captured great images, and we received them very quickly after the event. I'd highly recommend Yancey, and will certainly be calling on him for future projects!
Our family worked with Yancey to take a very impromptu family portrait. He made us all feel relaxed and happy to be together, which was perfectly captured in the photo. It's rare that everyone in a photo looks great, but we do! I totally credit Yancey for this. In addition his patience, responsiveness and flexibility when working with four different schedules was much appreciated. I highly recommend Yancey for a family portrait session!
Yancey was wonderful to work with. We needed to quickly get a photograph for my son’s college yearbook, and Yancey was extremely responsive and flexible. Although Yancey had not met my son before, his photos captured Thomas’s personality perfectly. I also wanted the option of some professional prints in addition to the digital photographs, which he is happy to do. I would highly recommend Yancey for any photography you need. The only difficulty you will encounter is trying to choose which photographs to select among all the fantastic options!
Yancey Hughes is an amazing photographer! He really took the time to fully realize our family portrait. He consulted with us on ideas for what to wear so that we were all on the same page. He came by days before to scout out and see what would work best for our outdoor session — and he picked the perfect spot for our photo. Our photo session wasn’t your usual family portrait — we had our chickens with us and that takes some patience and coordination! I had a vision in mind when I called Yancey, but he brought the whole idea home and delivered us photos that exceeded my expectations. Yancey is the best!
Yancey is such a professional. He did head shots for me and for my organization. They are amazing. He made me look beautiful. He is also very nice and easy to work with. Just a gem
