V's Party Rental Supplies was easy to locate on the web and extremely responsive to our last-minute party needs. Ms. V- returned my call and text quickly and provide quotes and dates right away. My family and I were blessed and impressed with the service. The owner and person who provides pick-up and drop-off service were accommodating and polite. We were even able to receive our tables and chairs earlier than planned. I will most definitely us V's Party Rental again this summer for my outdoor parties. She is also reasonable priced.
Thank you for saving the day for me. My original Rental Company cancelled at the last minute, and I needed Tables & Chairs for my father's 80's birthday party. This company came through after running out of gas and walking to the gas station. You were late but after hearing all that you went through to get to my vendor, I was so appreciative of you still yet showing up and saving my day! All I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Asked for a quote, was told i would get it in 20mins. Here it is 5 hours later, no quote & no response from the text i sent requesting to rent equipment. That is my sign to not rent from this company..very unprofessional, and i even called again to make sure a quote was sent out to me as the woman assured me a quote would be sent tonight. Thanks for being unprofessional up front..saved me from ruining my event. It is NOT standard practice to give a company 24 hours to respond unless that is the expectation set by your company.. in which you did not!! Your set expectation was 20mins/tonight. Update : wow as a business Owner your reply to a dissatisfied customer is disgusting. There are SEVERAL 1 star reviews below mines speaking on your professionalism which by your reply PROVES MY POINT you would be crazy to do business with this lady. And notice she still doesn’t understand that i am upset because she gave me a time that she would send a quote but didn’t stand on it or even have the decency to keep me updated on when she would send one..instead she’s blaming me for not having a business lol. A Joke!
Found Her Last Minute But She Is 100% Legit! She Worked With Me Last Minute & I Plan On Renting From Her Again & Again & Again! She’s Not Too Expensive & Does Not Over Charge! She Is Not Rude Or Disrespectful Like Other Black Businesses… The Only Thing I Suggest For Her To Do Before You Pick Up The Chairs N Tables Would Be To Clean Them. That’s It. But Other Than That Rent With Her Guys 💙
she is fast on spot perfect understanding all that iwell always use her for all of my events from Parrish Creations
