Where to start... This is my second time renting vehicle from KV. Every step of the process was excellent! Jacob is a GEM!! He listened to my needs, asked clarifying questions and was super sweet and professional. Every step of the process was exactly like he said - no surprises, no hassles!! Currently riding, not sure I'll survive the trip. The constant slamming of the breaks indicates we will likely park in the rear of some vehicle soon. Several illegal merges, U-turns, and just overall confused. Bus itself is nice. For now. I don't think it will stay nice if this guy keeps driving it.
