I spent $22 and my Philly wrap was soak and wet & did not taste the same as before. The egg rolls and fries were burnt. I’m not sure if you guys need to bring back the original people making the food . The cooks really matter in business or you will fall off .

First time ordering from the wrap bar I got the #1 jerk wrap it’s pretty good lots of seasoning I have no complaints- A+ My only scare is after I ate the wrap I was looking at the reviews & I seen 2 recent reviews that said they got food poisoning & the reviews were from 2 different people that had the jerk wrap so if anything happens or goes wrong ILL UPDATE MY REVIEW!

For the amount of people in line plus people picking up orders they were great getting to the customers. The young lady on the register was polite, had a smile and an even tone to her voice. I was at an event and someone suggested stopping by to get something for later. This was my first time although it had been recommended by a relative who knows the owner. I was not disappointed in the #1 Chicken jerk wrap. It was filling and delicious. I could only eat half, saved the other for the next day lunch.

They were good the first few times, but they have fallen off as late. It's either they'll put too much chicken on the wrap, give you hard, unedible avocados, or give you cookies that weren't baked correctly. I paid for extra dressing and cheese one time and asked for not too much chicken, and they prioritized giving way too much chicken with barely any else—literally eight pieces of shredded parmesan, and dressing only on one side. The cookies will be okay and sometimes great. Other times, they'll get the wrap correct, but I'll get cookies(walnut chocolate chip)that are sometimes flat-out nasty. This is why restaurants need to start hiring people who actually care about food.

I hate the location but you know what they say, “the more dangerous the hood the better the food”. Although the context of where they are located is iffy, the place itself is always neat and clean. Cashiers are nice and food doesn’t take long at all! Once you step into the establishment you are met with the food smells. I have tried every wrap and they are are all amazing. Except for the generic hoagie which tastes like any other hoagie (still good) then you have the cookies. I do not like cookies but let me tell you.. them cookies were it. They are soft, chewy/firm. Melt in your mouth literally. Not too much chocolate chip-y. Ask for them fresh (even tho they always are) man they still be hot in the bag! Amazing check them out for sure .
