I don’t impress easily, but I'm impressed. I liked Andre on the phone, and he personified that same confident and attentiveness in person. The space is clean, set up well, and has 2 treatment rooms. I went in for lower left back pain, but discovered a tight neck was the base cause of my left side issues, and a stiff right shoulder blade affected my right side. Both were greatly improved. Treatment included physical manipulation, dry needling and cupping. I'm happy with today's progress, and am confident I'll be back to normal soon.
Andre Heletsi is an amazing doctor and skilled physical therapist! He listens so well, and knows so many different therapies to address a variety of issues. He is so knowledgeable about root causes. Our whole family has seen him off and on for 10 years, and we all highly recommend him!!!
I visited Missing Link Physical Therapy (Andre) this past week because I had intense pain in my neck, radiating down my arms. I was skeptical to say the least, however, Andre was a wizard. Alternative medicine is NOT my thing. He didn't even start with my neck- he noticed my shoulder (impingement) was also bothering me. Within a few minutes, the shoulder pain (I had been dealing with for 5 years) was literally cut down to an annoyance and my neck pain was gone all together. He diagnosed and solved my chronic pain in under an hour and it was due to middle back tension. I would have never guessed that. I think Andre is brilliant and if you can, see him immediately. He is WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Andre is an amazing physical therapist. I had suffered with Achilles tendon pain for several weeks before I saw him. He started by asking a lot of questions to try to determine what had caused my pain. He thoroughly evaluated my joint and muscle strength while asking questions. Then, he got to work making my painful tendon almost entirely pain-free. He gave me exercises and gentle stretches to make supporting muscles stronger and ligaments more flexible. I left my first appointment feeling so much better. Over four visits, Andre used dry needling and some surface manipulation of scar tissue that fixed not just the achilles tendon, but also a tight hip muscle injured 3 years previously. Andre then told me he thought he had helped me about as much as he could. He let me know that I could call him if I felt I needed another appointment in the future. He did not try to sell me any further treatments. This level of honesty is extremely rare in my experience. Andre is a true healer. He is also extremely ethical. He clearly has a calling to heal people. I could not be more grateful to him for helping heal my Achilles tendinitis.
