Tim is an exceptionally safe driver and very affable. He made the long drive to the airport very pleasant. The car is extremely comfortable. Riders get the bonus of knowing he is able to assist in an emergency. I wish I could have avoided the plane and had him drive me all the way home across country! Tim is the best!

We used Templar VIP Transportation to go to the Beyonce concert in Soldier field. We were able to track our driver prior to his arrival/pick up. Our driver, Tim, arrived a few minutes early. Our entire party had not arrived at our pick up location and he patiently waited without issue. There was a lot of traffic, and the concert was delayed 2.5 hours! Tim was patient and professional. He communicated pick up details so we were able to find him after the event. The vehicle we rode in was clean and comfortable (Lincoln Navigator). The fact that he let us have our own mini-concert on the ride there, provided water and mints at our disposal, was an extra special touch! I highly recommend this transportation service! We will be regular customers!
