Beautiful laid back atmosphere, with old school classics (music) playing in the background. I met with Tiffany and she was warm and personable. She also has a lot of knowledge about hair as well as healthy supplements to take for your hair. I’m very happy with my hair, I forgot to ask if she could smooth my hair with some edge control 😊. But I’m glad to finally find a salon that is the right match for me.
I love the professionalism of all the stylist at Studio SLK. They are great at what they do and it's always a pleasant experience. I mostly have gone to get my hair out in cornrows to go underneath a wig, for protective styling. They use great products as well as great technique! I also have gone for a silk press several times and they did not disappoint. The owner, Sandy is who I have gone to as well as stylist Alia! You can't go wrong with any of the stylist though.
Lily got the BEST haircut here: Tiffany is so nice and patient. She remembered us even though we’ve only been there once and that was a while ago. I’ve taken her other places and it has never come out as good as when she got her hair cut at slk. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Very comfortable and swift they were able to give me just what I wanted in a timely fashion Very courteous Love the atmosphere salon tech was very good And the convenience of it being close was great. All and all a wonderful experience 👍🏾👍🏾
Absolutely THE BEST salon in Chicagoland and beyond! Sandy did my hair beautifully throughout my college years at Northwestern, and during the years I lived in Chicago after that. She is a total perfectionist and wonderful, beautiful person with the biggest heart and incredible talent! With Sandy, my hair and spirit were always fly! Tonight, Barb did my nails and it was the best pedicure and manicure EVER! I’m so thankful for these two beauties and I’m excited to get my hair done by Sandy while I’m in town! Studio SLK is THE PLACE you want to go to for hair and nails in Evanston / Chicagoland. Thank you ladies for always taking such wonderful care of me!!
