I recently had my second visit with Yashica and look forward to the third! She took her time doing my hair and was very gentle. I also appreciated that she shared about different products I could use to retain moisture. So glad she is in the neighborhood so I don’t have to venture out too far for a silk press and trim.
Went and got a silk press and trim!!! Shica is very knowledgeable and takes her time with the process and very open to questions and concerns as well as a variety of products!! I apperciate that she is a diverse hairstylist and works with clients of all cultures, ethnicities backgrounds and understands/values that our hair texture is unique to us individually not what we “look” like!!! I workout 3-4x a week doing yoga, strength training, long walks, cycling and stair master and I’m on week 2 and still is holding up with being outside with no hair protection than silk wrap at night and put it in a bun when it was lightly snowing-so it’s worth the price. I have no relaxers in my hair or extensions or straightening chemicals- this is pure craftsmanship!!! This is what a good hairstylist and quality products can do because she does/styles your hair based on your lifestyle!! Hairstylist servicing over 20 years all nationalities and provides snacks lol. Looking forward to going back. Note: I was not paid or provided any free services for this review. I was walking by and wanted to try somewhere new a try than something type of blow dry bar and glad I found her!!
Yashica did a beautiful job on my daughters hair. She was so gentle, took her time, and did such a thorough job on making sure her hair was healthy with a beautiful silk press for picture day ♥️ Thank you, Yashica!
Starting going to Yashica last fall. Her focus has constantly been to get my hair healthy. The way she takes take of it, I know it will be heathy in no time. She has been available for almost ever time I asked to be squeezed in! What a gem!
I have been coming to Shica for approximately 6 months. I have had my natural hair styled in several ways, from silk press to braids to smoothing treatment with extensions. I have also had Shica do my hair color as well. I am extremely pleased with all of the styles done by Shica. She is professional, timely and informative. She takes the time to explain what she is doing and what is best for your hair. The finished product is always superb and I get tons of compliments each time she does my hair. My hair has grown and is extremely healthy. I cannot say enough good things about Shica and I highly recommend her for any service and styling for your healthy hair.
