My two sons had a consultation today and it couldn’t have been simpler or more efficient! Front desk receptionist was lovely and Ashley the coordinator did a perfect job setting up insurance and payments. My two boys absolutely loved Dr. Red and he had them both laughing within seconds. He explained everything perfectly and made sure the boys understood and spoke directly to them regarding their treatment plans. We can’t wait to start this journey with Dr. Red!
Dr Red has got to be one of the most kindest doctors I have ever had the privilege to know. I am a nurse and I have come in contact with hundreds in my lifetime. His offices operate so smoothly that you feel like you are part of a family. Let’s not forget about his skills as an orthodontist and his keen focus and attention to details. He truly is an exception to his craft. His staff greets you with kindness and respect. Thank you to him and his entire staff.
We had our first appointment and were extremely pleased with the entire process, from the friendly welcome to the extremely knowledgeable staff. Dr. Red was easy to talk to and we loved his “minimal intervention with maximal result” approach. Highly recommended!
Attended R&R for their sip and scan Mother’s Day event. The office was beautiful when walking in and I was greeted by so many people. Jackie B took my scans and X rays, she explained in detail what she was doing and why. Dr. Red was very comforting and knowledgeable about everything I needed to proceed with getting braces, he explained why I needed a specific type of braces to help with jaw pain. HIGHLY recommend. The staff was amazing!
Second time getting braces, both experiences has been a pleasure with reasonable prices. I’ve had both Doctors Dr. Red & Dr. Ritchey, one word AMAZING. Staff very professional and kind.
