👀 wanted to wait to leave this review because I had to give the situation some thought before posting, I recently had an appointment with a stylist who canceled the appointment which led me to Relux Hair, I’ve been before several times and never had a issue, don’t get me wrong I still don’t have an overall issue but I really was trying to get my daughters hair done after being told that I’ll get a call back to know if there availability for the next upcoming week, I mean I know stylist be busy to but that’s why I offered to call myself but was told no don’t worry about it, then was assured by the stylist Mr JB that he’ll call me to let me know when he can do my daughters hair…but never got that call, which has made it clearly look as if he probably didn’t want the “last minute” fit in situation. But if that’s the case you’d think I should have been told that? Right? Instead being reassured that he got me…?? Idk maybe it’s just me and my expectations or could be lack of communication at some point, I just would’ve appreciated a call even to say “I apologize I can’t do your daughters hair”
Roynetta did a sew-in for me with a bob cut. She did an excellent job. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair. People think this is my real hair. She was very patient with me and accommodating and could tell that she cares about the health of my natural hair.

Roynetta is my hairstylist and she is very fun and professional. She has executed every style I’ve received from her flawlessly. The energy of the shop in whole is fun and welcoming. The entire team there is talented.
