Promoter Named Peanut lied about the cover charge for my guest and I paid for a section. He said cover for my guest would be $20 it ended up being $30. He also said bottle price was $225 when I got there to purchase it was $250. Had to find my bottle girl multiple times and ask for service to try and buy another bottle ended , waited so long because bottle girl was standing around talking instead of helping us out. Ended up waiting at bar to order individual drinks. Wouldn’t recommend this club is very unprofessional. I would have left if I had other options. Wish I could press no stars because they don’t deserve any.
Recently held my birthday party privately in one of Ravens private terraces. I met with the event rep and she said we can arrive an hour early to set up. She also said that due to our entrance being separate from the club entrance, security would redirect my party to the correct door. I text the event rep 2 weeks in advance to ensure all was good to go because Ravens had been shut down! She said yes. The day of the event My DJ arrived an hour early for set up and was unable to get inside. I arrived about 15 minutes after him and no one was at ANY OF THE ENTRANCES! Lights were on, and you can tell workers were there. I knocked and bammed on EVERY DOOR for 45 minutes.... I called and text the event rep, no answer!!! Called Ravens business line, NO ANSWER!! I got in 5 minutes after the start of my party time ONLY because I saw a bartender walking by and waved him down... Extremely unprofessional service. I didn't get any kind of apologies, partial refund, free drink or nothing... Then to make matters worse, half my party attendees went to the main entrance of the club for entry and security DID NOT redirect them to my party. Some folks ended up going home without ever coming inside to my private event. My actual party was good, my guests helped me set up though. Security for my event was cool and my bartender was nice as well. That's why it's 3 stars instead of 2. November 2022
Came up for Tuesday Naughty Bingo. Had a blast, won a WeVibe (!!!!), didn't order any food but some folks got a chicken and fish combo that smelled slammin'. Great times, table service was great; she was always two steps ahead of us. First time I was up here, had a delicious French Martini that was TASTY that got me lit. Highly recommended. But update your hours on Google you guys are open today!!
The Cove is a nice quaint spot for intimate parties and celebrations! The staff was easy to work with and very accommodating. Mrs. Theresa was very hospitable and the bartender MVP! Thanks for allowing us to host our party at your great venue. Also, check out Raven's if you really want to party! My group had a blast upstairs! It was a great way to end an EPIC night!
Great Atmosphere, due to it being so busy was a little difficult to get a drink guest seem to be enjoying themselves as so did I. I definitely recommend this place.
