This place is great. Food is good, nice atmosphere here as well. Outside is cozy and inviting and you feel safe there. Drinks are good, bartender Cruz is friendly and respectful. Love the theme nights. Owners are friendly and inviting people. I've invited my friends and they love it too. They also have great entertainment as well. Saw Simone Green there on my birthday and she was awesome. Will continue to come there and glad to have a nice place in the neighborhood with no trouble. Thanks Qslounge
Just left this spot and was very impressed with the service and atmosphere. Upon arriving, I sat at the bar, and Cruz greeted and asked for my order. I told him I was waiting for a friend. I proceeded to wait for my friend before I ordered, and Cruz came back periodically and checked on me to see if I was ready to order or was ok. As a woman, by myself, at a bar, I was extremely impressed and grateful. Many bartenders barely acknowledge your existence and could care less if you were alone or not. The mere fact that Cruz was attentive enough to check on me assured me that I was in good hands. Keep providing attentive service and good drinks, and I wi) be back soon.
Food is great but that's it. The service here is disturbing and disgusting. Cruz the bartender needs to go to school to learn customer service and respect. I know so many people who live in this neighborhood and I am shouting to the mountains to tell them to don't go here due to the lack of customer service skills. This place wouldn't be so ghetto if they understood how to serve. Cruz has to the the most rudest bartender I have ever had and he takes so many s on the job. I'm going to tell everyone about how the food is good but do not go there drinks are expensive and nasty and the worst service you will ever have. I hope they get new owners or a new bartender asap, he has to go or this place will go down hill . Bye Qs. Yall need the rest of the alphabets to help with this service Qs ain't it.
Like the whole vibe of Q's!!! It is a lot of fun when they have live bands playing. We go here quit often. Nice mature crowd.
Very nice & cozy place! Bar is awesome & kitchen is really good! Plus their karaoke DJ is totally top of the line! Best I've ever seen!
