UPDATE: After making contact with Pro-Ed via their Messenger on Facebook, I was contacted by Richard, who contacted UPS and SA Customs, offered to pay the fees due and get the order to me. However he did not seem to have much joy on the SA side and has now re-issued my order and it is on its way to with correct information and documentation. Thank you Pro-Ed I appreciate your effort to right a wrong. Terrible customer service! I ordered and paid online for a RAN/RAS test, expensive with the Dollar/Rand exchange rate. It was duely dispatched but when it arrived in South Africa, UPS contacted me looking for an import number. As it was purchased on behalf of the school, we dont have an import number but my ID number would be acceptable. I emailed Pro-Ed on their one and only customer contact email and requested that they re-issue the invoice with my Identity Number and email a copy to me. Nothing from Pro-Ed. I emailed again and again - nothing. Yesterday UPS informed me that the holding time had expired, the parcel has been handed over to the State Customs warehouse and it will cost me over $100 (R1500) plus storage fees to release the parcel. Once again I have emailed Pro-Ed - no response.

Lackluster customer service. I am a licensed, credentialed SLP and have attempted multiple times to order a speech test kit and protocols; in the past, I had no problems ordering. Now, they are requiring that you go through a qualification process. Even after entering my license info, they are still not qualifying my account to make the purchase. I have tried contacting customer service three times over the past 2 weeks, and still have received zero response. I'm wondering if ownership has changed, or something else, since this wasn't an issue in the past. Very frustrating experience.

I am furious with the online changes. I ordered the same product twice and I'm not about to order a 3rd time! The first time they were using an adobe edition document to allow me to look at my online download. then they switched over to another system to view the downloaded file. Now, I am unable to even log into my account!!!! I've wasted at least $100 of my money. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER order another product from you and will let every other SLP I know not to order from your company either! If I order an ebook I expect to have continued access to it!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Ordered an Advanced Review Praxis book and paid $18.00 extra for two-day shipping on a Friday. Called the company today (Tuesday) to find out where my book was only to find out my order had not even been processed! They told me I wouldn't get my book until Friday AFTER they charged me for two-day AGAIN! Told them to flat out cancel my order. AWFUL customer service.

Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE! Richard was unprofessional and has no idea how to talk to a customer.
