The owner, Geteey Omar is very unreasonable, unethical and terrible to work with. My family paid nearly $10,000 deposit to have their wedding, COVID hit, the governor closed down the state and forbid gatherings and she would not return the deposit!! She was unreasonable in every sense of the word. We cancelled 3 months in advance and she spent nothing out of pocket for the wedding because she had everything in stock. There’s an Act of God Clause in the contact, but she’s claiming it does not apply because the COVID 19 is ‘man-made’. How can you do business like this? We’ll see you in court.
Once I walked into the Platinum Wedding and Decor showroom, I was mesmerized by the details and ultimate beauty of this ballroom. The owner, Geteey Omar, was amazing and so beautiful [inside & out]. I recommend this one-stop-wedding-shop to everyone who yearns for a wonderland wedding!
Made my daughters special day look magical, like out of a movie. We will forever have magical photos in our memory book. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future!
Geteey is extremely RUDE and will trap you into a contract and raise prices on everything. Beware.
