I was super excited for my 8:30 appointment with Noya this morning for a silk press. I booked with Noya because of great reviews and conveniently being able to make my appointments online. Unfortunately when I arrived no one was there. I called and went straight to voicemail and I left a message. Waited 20 minutes outside the shop and then decided to go back to the car and double check my appointment. I logged into my Vagaro account and it said that the appointment was canceled. I never cancelled the appointment nor received an email confirming the cancellation. Got on the phone with Vagaro and they said that the business cancelled the appointment at 5:59AM same day. I am very understanding of the fact that Noya may have had an emergency and hope she is OK, but very annoyed that she didn’t bother to make sure that I was aware of the cancellation. I drove 30 mins to get to the salon and planned my day around this appointment. It’s ok for her to charge my card for a last minute cancellation but I’m just left hanging when she does the same?! She did not return my call or respond to my email. Very unprofessional!
My hair turned out better than the picture of what I showed her I wanted. And for such a great price! She was very gentle when I told her I was tender-headed & even offered me snacks while doing my hair. I have gotten numerous compliments every day on my hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I love Noya she's my hair doctor My whole experience in visiting her salon is awesome. The location, the environment, the compassion for hair, the patience the one on one attention the cost the i love the styles the color the washing and conditioning.
I love Noya i haven't had a bad experience with her and ive been patronizing her business since day one.
Comfortable and professional services, I recommend service and treatment at this location for adults and children. Satisfying service in a COVID precautious environment.
