Working with Laurie was a great experience! I initially met her over a video consultation and was skeptical about custom designing at first, but she completely changed my perspective. When I finally visited her studio, after visiting a number of other wedding boutiques, I knew the custom route was the way to go! She completely captured the vision of the design I wanted. We made alterations to the dress in person that I really enjoyed and obtained the perfect slit for my beach wedding. As a customer, I would suggest to maintain constant/open communication if you live in a different state to ensure you obtain everything you would like for your dress. Thanks for everything Laurie !! I am absolutely blown away by Laury Bride's designs and the customer service that Laurie provides. She was the sweetest and most communicative person to work with. I purchased one of her ready-to-wear bodysuits and I received compliments ALL night long on my dress and the compliments continued on social media in the weeks following the wedding. I have never found another bridal design as perfect as this one. Even though it was not a custom design it fit me perfectly and was made of the highest quality material. I highly recommend Laury Bride--she does not disappoint! :)
Laurie was so pleasant from the very first time I met her. I was so nervous about choosing a vendor who was not near me at all. It’s amazing how it all worked out. From creating my vision , picking affordable fabric , and coordinating fittings , everything was just smooth and flawless. She eased my mind during the whole process and made this part of wedding planning so fun. What I liked about her immediately is that she worked with my budget. She never tried to pressure me into spending more money which is so important when you’re planning a wedding to stay within budget. Highly recommend !
Working with Laurie was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning. I didn’t really want to dress shop because once I came across her IG, I KNEW. We got everything rolling, being states away was no worry for her at all. She made it absolutely effortless. Fast forward a few months into the process and Covid hit. Devastated obviously but she was honestly one of the main reasons I decided to keep going with my dress. Even though Covid shifted plans tremendously, we kept pushing with wedding planning and dress making. Through the distance, covid, and all, Laurie really made this one of the most enjoyable wedding dress processes. Even when I threw her for a complete loop and lost so much weight almost 3 months before my wedding lol. I felt amazing on my wedding day. Custom fit, and I do mean FIT— like a glove, I didn’t even need shapewear. Ladies, you know that’s a big deal! If you’re looking for a wedding dress to be custom made, please know Laury Bride is the only way to go.
The absolute sweetest designer you'll ever work with. She is efficient, respectful, caters to your exact needs/wants, and incredibly talented. Her pieces are unique, modern, and of quality. I do not regret choosing her to make my wedding dress and I'm sure you won't either. I recently received her accessories, which are beautiful! I love that they can be worn for your own wedding event but used on any other given day as desired. Laury Bride is top notch and I'm hoping to use her again for other events.
