My first appointment at Kenwood Dental Group was a wonderful experience, considering it is a dentist office. 😀 The staff was very informative, professional and engaging. In all my years of going to the dentist I’ve never seen a facility as clean, inviting and modern as Kenwood Dental Group. The staff here is really on top of things. They treat you well and are super responsive whenever I am there. I highly recommend Kenwood Dental!!
I was treated like a commodity, but I am not a commodity I am a person! My dentist suddenly left the practice and although I spoke with their office twice before my appointment, I was never told that Dr. Maclin was no longer with their office. I had the right to know that my dentist had left. I do not belong to a practice, I choose to receive care from a specific individual. Dr. David Maclin is the best dentist I have ever seen and I am quite upset that Kenwood Dental Group did not respect me or my time and tried to force me to see some person who literally looked at me like I was a piece of dirt when I was sitting in their reception area. Kenwood Dental staff waited until I was sitting in the dental chair to advise me of this important change to my healthcare. I wasted time away from my business, having just returned to the office from a trip and my time is most important to me. I am quite disappointed in the lack of ethics demonstrated in this matter. They made me feel like I am nothing but a commodity, but I refuse to be treated as such.
Love Kenwood Dental! Service with a smile from the reception desk to the dentist chair! I've been seeing Dr Macklin for years and learned today he is no longer there. I am still pleased with the professionalism and timely service!!
Extremely satisfied with the service and level of care provided by the entire staff!! Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable in explaining plans and cost; and helpful as you know dental care and treatment can be costly! Ashley's expertise and gentleness made for a pleasant exam. Finally, Dr. McIntosh I appreciate your attention and expertise!!
