The food is a 10/10 hands down. This is not the first time I've been here so I decided to take my kids to try and they love it. They give you a lot of food that's so so so good! Please you have to try the fish and home fries omg! A m a z I n g !!!
This spot has been on my “to do” list for awhile and since I just moved to md, I finally got to try it. Definitely worth the wait! Everything we had was great. It’s a no frills, great food spot! While we got there about 10 on Sunday it wasn’t super busy but crowded. There was a wait. We were acknowledged and brought drinks. There seemed to only be one person waiting tables but she was fantastic - personable, attentive, and courteous. The guy who started helping was friendly and helpful as well. The only real complaint was the parking as the lot is small and by time we were leaving it was exceptionally crowded and people were parking anywhere, blocking people in. Outside of that - I loved it! Oh that bacon was the thing of dreams!!!!
Inconspicuous place, definitely a hole on the wall. Low key diner vibe inside. Had lunch here while running errands. Food is great, service great. Can't beat the prices. Definitely will come back.
Very family run in the best way possible. The food is 10 out of 5 stars! The French toast is beyond amazing. This was the first time ever I was able to eat French toast without syrup and I really think that fact alone is truly incredible. They were very busy and we still got stellar service, the food came out quicker than we had expected and the waitress was incredibly friendly and consistent.
Invited to breakfast to try something new. We enjoyed a delicious brunch/breakfast experience, which included a Ruben, french fries, French toast, scrambled eggs, turkey, bacon, orange juice, and the best water I’ve ever had. The portions were big enough for us to share everything And take home. Self seating, outstanding service (our server had on a facemask, hairnet and gloves). The door kept opening from people coming to sit in the dining room, or pick up orders, so I figured we were in good hands. Depending on what part of the city you’re in it’s about an hour drive but it’s definitely worth it. When you pull up, don’t be thrown off by the hole-in-the-wall appearance. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh. Next time I think I’ll add the pancakes and corned beef hash.
