I love coming to Smith studio I was coming there 2 weeks after you open. I have a report and a great relationship with the owner the staff everyone. There is really pleasant even when I can't do number make noise. When they're cleaning my teeth, they're funny and they took care of me for many years and I will continue to recommend my friends. My auntie's my Uncle's and my whole family. Sharon Carney is very happy.
I was referred to this office by my former dentist who retired from his practice. From my arrival, at the front desk to being serviced by the dental assistant and then the dentist. Everyone was kind, knowledge and respectful. The dental assistant, Sherice and the dentist, Dr. Brittni Robinson were excellent! They ensured I wasn’t experiencing any pain or discomfort while they performed routine examination and care. Dr. Robinson saw some minor issues concerning my teeth. She gave me a treatment plan which I will definitely make my next appointment with her to address those issues. Also, the office itself, is modern and clean. I felt quite comfortable in the space.
The staff are very welcoming! I used see Dr. Ozzie almost every 6-8 weeks for my braces and every time I head inside I am treated well. Great service, a nice atmosphere, and you will leave out feeling like a million bucks. I get told my smile looks great, all thanks to Smile Studio. I literally could not express my thanks enough.
Had two appointments so far. The first appointment lasted an hour and they provided me with a treatment plan and scheduled me with a follow up appointment. The next appointment I was provided a completely different treatment plan and then they wanted to move forward with a procedure that was not discussed previously and I was not prepared for that day (requiring numbing my mouth). Only after I mentioned something did they told me I did not receive a full evaluation during my first appointment. Which is concerning. Normally I would not return given how I was treated but the doctor was nice and knowledgeable, so I might consider returning.
Service was courteous and polite. However, I had to wait for 35 minutes before being seen. And even though I filled out the requisite forms, confirming my insurance prior to arriving and after waiting, I was still not told that my insurance was out of network and I was excepted to advance the payment until after I had received services
