Very clean, professional place, everyone was so nice. I recommend anyone who needs to see a orthodontist go here. They explain everything in detail and they are very polite and helpful. They efficiently sent over a treatment plan to my daughters other dentist and I got that set up the same day. Just a very good experience. They made my daughter feel included and explained to her in ways that she could understand, what was going on and what needed to be done to help her smile be as beautiful as possible as well as letting me know what was going on. 😊
Everyone is so polite and offers a warm friendly smile. Dr Errera always explains what’s going on and his interaction with his patients is outstanding. We’ve only had the opportunity to have seen Dr Griffin twice but you can tell he’s and expert in his field and I love how he makes direct contact with the kids and asks them questions about their hardware. We love this office
I started going to Griffin & Errera in 2020 for adult braces, I recently got them off this past August. When my sons dentist said I should get an Orthodontist to take a look at my son, I knew just the place. It was such a wonderful experience for him - they explained everything to him and spoke to him as well as me, which in my opinion is always the best to make a child feel like the patient. He loved all the high tech gadgets they had and really loved being able to customize his own bite plate. I will forever suggest Griffin & Errera for ALL Orthodontic needs! They do a wonderful job and have a wonderful atmosphere from the front desk staff, to the dental assistance and even the docs (better be on your toes for some good Dad jokes with Dr. Joe). I could type endlessly pointing out everything I love about this place. If you're in the market for some mouth hardware this is your place!
We had a great consultation at G&E in their Culpeper office.! Everyone was wonderful. We were greeted by a very familiar face, Makayla! She was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We also met with Dr. Errera who explained the necessary orthodontic path for my son. I am so glad we came in and we look forward to a new and bright smile. I highly recommend (and will) to anyone looking for orthodontic care for their children.
My daughter's appointment was 9/15/22 and we can not be any happier with the orthodontist, Dr. Griffin, and staff here!!! This was a consultation and is at no cost!!! We are definitely getting my daughter scheduled for invisalign which she is so excited about!!! I would like to add my daughter has mild autism and ADHD that affects her social skills. They were able to handle it wonderfully and help keep her questions focused on the visit 😊
