My godson mom came to this establishment to get his suit made for prom back in January she let them know what she wanted and gave pictures and left the deposit they ensured her they can get the job done and it will look fire.. We had to call the store in February to see when are we suppose to come in for a fitting which was crazy they should have been calling us. We had to reach out to him again in April to ask when do he need to come in for a fitting. He went to the fitting the pants was too big and the jacket was too tight and had buttons hanging they said they will fix it. We have been reaching out everyday about the suit but no response and prom is Saturday and we still don't have the suit please do not use this establishment.
You would think after two years of customer dissatisfaction that this company would have straightening up by now, considering that prom wedding, and other occasion seasons are money-making season, but no once again, what another disappointment and I tell you, my brother was giving the benefit of the doubt, but he did not rise to the occasion. I’m not all about putting our people down, but I am about the care for my People and want to inform them of the risks they will be taking. Do to other previously experience and my witnessing I recommend that you DO NOT do business here.
Phenomenal service from Stevie! And I got a great quality suit, per usual.
PLZ DONT SHOP WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY ARE FRAUD WE WENT THERE to get my brother a suit custom made for prom put a deposit down and he texted my little brother a few weeks later asking for my mom to call him stated that he didn’t have fabric that he said he had and showed us a different fabric that was cheap and dingy looking buttons was hanging off all kinda mess nmind the suit we originally ordered was paid for in full after he claim they was about to make a one of a kind suit let’s start there so when we seen the suit it was so cheesy looking so allmy mom asked for a refund we have not received any money back the communication is off he’s been reframing from talking to us PLZZZZZ DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE
By far one of the worst suit shopping experience. The owner lacks style and decorum. The place is nothing more than a fabric warehouse and if you’re unsure what you’re looking for the staff is unable to assist. You would do better shopping at K&G or any local mens warehouse
