I had an appointment with Nancy Griffin at 4pm but she never came on video for the appointment that she made. Very unprofessional. When I called the phone number that she emailed me the person on the phone didn’t even know who I was talking about. Again very unprofessional .
The staff is so friendly and helpful, it really makes the clinic feel warm and welcoming. They took into consideration all of my concerns, and really validated my previous experiences, all while ensuring that they would do a great job to take care of me.
Excellent business and customer service. This was a one stop shop where I was able to get all of my wellness needs met I highly recommend if you are in the Chicagoland area and looking for personalized care.
