I've had internet problems for weeks. Hours on line working with app (doesn't work well), techs. Techs repeatedly ask about colors of lights, etc. Same over and over again. New router fixed nothing. Finally get appointment 8 days later, no show. Appointment was cancelled by Frontier for no reason. Shop around before you use this provider. Terrible service, no tech support for specific problems. Only what can be fixed from afar. Bad business model. But don't bother visiting store-- it's closed. I guess Frontier business is just too hot these days!
Do not use. The Internet never works. I’ve had frontier for almost 4 years and it has literally been off at least three out of every seven days of a week.
Platform for scammers. I got a call from yours I find one of you retail to give a bad review. Either you be rid of them or we the people drive you out of business.
Garbage company that loves to do the bear minimum. Dont bother giving them a penny. They only care about what they can take from you, not give. Horrible customer service and horrible company
About 2-3 yrs ago I gave them a one star. Now I have changed it to a 5 star with ease. I had their slowest internet yrs ago, it was absolutely horrible. Now I am back with them and I have their 5G which is phenomenal! I get speeds up to 120MBPS where before I got 3! Good job Frontier on switching whatever in my development!
