Update: 3/20/21 - still not enforcing mask rules; just watched 3 people come out and 4 go in without masks.. These people absolutely refuse to enforce the mask requirements. The employees have only been wearing masks for approximately 2 weeks, and if you go in after 11pm, the night staff does not wear them. I understand that businesses need all the customers they can get, but putting the health of ALL of your potential customers at risk, especially the ones who are trying to do the right thing, is disgusting. Wawa is 8 miles further away from my home and I will drive there now, as they seem to enforcing the current mandates.
I was a regular customer here, every morning came in for coffee, when the machine was empty they always said they were out, never bothered to look everytime, of course I believed them, they were always so friendly. This morning on the other hand once again they were out of coffee, I asked if they had anymore and again the MANAGER told me no they were out, without even looking. So happen I had to turn around to go back home for weather reasons. Stopped back by to get a regular drink. Low and behold she was refilling the coffee. I of course asked how and why nobody looked, and no I was not at all rude whatsoever. The MANAGER told me "THERE IS ONLY 2 OF US, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT US TO DO EVERYTHING " I will never ever go to this 711 ever again. I cannot believe how I was just talked to as a regular customer nonetheless if I wouldn't have been. Unbelievable and im calling corporate/owner someone above her absolutely. I have never been talked to the way THE MANAGER DIANE just did. No justification for this whatsoever
Usually really happy with 711 but not tonight. Stopped to get gas and ran inside get a treat. While paying for treat saw gas had not stopped. Wasted over $30. Sad. Not cool.. The stopping mechanism seemed to malfunction. Not a good way to end my night.
This 7/11 is not enforcing the mask mandate. My mother is 70 with a heart murmur and we stopped here for gas because it’s close to her house. 4 people went in and out with no masks while I was inside getting a sandwich with no questions asked by the employees. We will not be stopping here again.
Great staff and very friendly!!! There’s never a wait at this store!!
