The whole team here is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They take care of you without feeling rushed and they answer all your questions. I especially appreciated that they took the time to explain the invoice at the end of the visit. I love their modern scheduling system, too! The whole experience with Dynamic Dental has been very easy.
Dr. J is the BEST. I’ve been going to him for 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. He hires amazing people and they’ve always worked well together. The teams in both Columbia and Silver Spring are top notch. I’ve received services in both locations.
Very professional clinic and excellent with people who have high anxiety. The last time I went my anxiety was so horrible they've even offered to get me prescribed something just to help so I'm not shaking as bad. I dont have good teeth by any means and I've always been afraid of the dentist, now that I have a lot of work that needs to be done I'm glad I have a clinic like Dynamic Dental to return to.
I love that I didn't have to wait. The hygienist was professional and efficient. The front desk staff showed me I mattered. I have been to offices that took calls and made me stand and wait. They answered the phones but asked the caller "could they hold", The ladies took time to explain my dental plan, and break down of cost. Its a clean and bright office and I love the music. My Dr. asked did I have any questions, and was considerate of the fact I had previous x-rays and did not want to create any extra cost. She only took what was needed. The price was great. You really live up to your name " Dynamic". Amira
