Kim went above and beyond planning our bucket list cruise to Alaska. Then when COVID hit, she was just as meticulous in making sure everything was cancelled (flights, hotel and excursions). She put so much effort in to planning our trip, then cancelling our trip and securing our refund. She made what could have been a very stressful time so much easier. We will definitely use Unlimited Destinations to plan our future vacations.
