I have had good experiences here before but I do not think I will be returning after today. I have to be at the airport in 4 hours so I have limited time to do my hair. I have been at this location three times since it opened at 10…it is now 10:48am. I called the number on the door and even went out of my way to return to the store three separate times and each time no answer. The sign in the door said OPEN and was lit up and the hours on the door say 10am. I went here specifically because it is a black owned business and I love to support us. Very disappointed because I used to really like this place. But after the lack of communication for well over half an hour and multiple attempts to contact the store—during what are supposed to be open business hours (10am), I don’t know if I can put myself through that stress and uncertainty again. I would not recommend this location to anyone that is on a tight schedule and values their time.
Ms. Dee has always been a good hearted and helpful woman since I met her over 5 years ago. Supporting her business is imperative.
Today was the first time I met Ms. Dee and purchased from her store. We connected immediately and ended up talking for hours about "life stuff". What a phenomenal business woman and genuinely good-spirited person. Blessings to you. -K.
The owner Ms. Dee was really sweet and helpful with finding the hair that I needed for my passion twist. You can tell she was knowledgeable in styling natural hair. Although the store is small, it had plenty of choices in hair & wigs. It’s also a black owned business which is a plus! I definitely don’t mind driving a bit farther to come back here. Great overall experience!
First of all I'm not sure if I left a review from my first time, but I'm going to today. This woman is wonderful! I'm happy to be able to support her. If you need something she does not have she will get it too. Go support, go out your way to support when you get good service! 😍
