I hired Bisi and her crew for my wedding day and they did not disappoint. First, they were on time and ready to start. Bisi did my hair and makeup and they both turned out amazing. I barely needed a touch up after sweating on the dance floor. My makeup and hair looked amazing all night. Bisi was quick and efficient, which I appreciated because I hate sitting for long periods of time. I highly recommend her services!! I will definitely be using her again.
I used Crystal-Eyez services for my wedding last year. While their head makeup artist did a great job for me as the bride, the other artists she brought did a very poor job for my bridesmaids which was very disappointing given how much they charge. For instance, one of the hairstylists clearly did not know how to properly curl hair. Additionally even though I requested full glam (just like I had done for myself) for all of my bridesmaids at my bridal trial, my bridesmaids makeup did not look professionally done. When I raised this issue after the wedding the owner, Bisi, accused me of having her touch up people who did not pay, which was simply not true (I saw everyone who she touched up) and a deflection from her taking accountability for the issues I had with her team’s services. She did give me a small refund based on photos I provided that demonstrated that many of the bridesmaids’ hair was not done properly. It was a small amount compared to the price of their services. If you are to use these services for a bridal party make sure to see the work of each artist who will be working on your bridal party first.
Crystal-Eyez Makeup & Beauty Lounge Is the way to go. I purchased the bridal hair and makeup package for myself and wedding party. The artists are patient, kind, and very talented! I had Bisi for my day of hair and makeup and she delivered the exact look I wanted, effortlessly. Thank you for making my wedding day extra amazing!
I booked Crystal Eyez for Bridal Makeup and for my bridesmaids. The Makeup artists were so nice and professional. I am so glad I chose them. The make up did not feel caked on and they were efficient. I would book again if I had another event or just to have my makeup done for a day.
I went to get my make up done today 05/20/2023 and I did not like it. My face still looked powdery. It looked like dead people make up. I only came back for the second time because symone did my makeup before and it was AWESOME. If I knew I would look like this on my birthday I would have never came back. I came home and wipe my face clean from the makeup before I went to my birthday party. So disappointed with the turnout. Yes I arrived late and paid the extra $25 dollar late fee. Why charge customer a late fee if my make up would not be done right. That does not make any since. My lower part of my face is a different color the the upper part of my face. Why would I complain when there was other customers there. I did you a favor in front of your other customers. Bisi, you as the owner need to be ashamed of yourself. You can not accept the fact that your make up artist did not do a good job on my face. No one will go out to a event with make up done like the way your artist did. Disappointed in you as the owner. You should have wanted to make it right Yes, 1 star it is. The truth hurts. I will not be back.
