The entire staff and Dr. Battles were very pleasant, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere was just as comfortable, welcoming, very modern, clean and hip. Dr. Battles made us feel very comfortable and eased our minds with the process and procedure we had to have done on our teens teeth. My wife and I plan to have updated smiles with her in the near future as well. We truly do recommend Dr. Battles and believe you'll be in good hands! Last year I was looking around for someone to correct my bite/teeth and settled on Bronzeville Orthodontics because of its high rating on Google. I am so glad I did!! Dr. Battle explains your options for braces, makes recommendations, but lets you decide your treatment without any pressure. She has years of experience (and a veteran!) so you're in good hands. Modern office, the staff is super friendly.... and professional! Highly highly recommend!
Dr. Battle and staff are fun and kind, in addition to having local artists work around the office, they aim to make you feel welcome and comfortable of all ages. Though any parent will know such is not the easiest task all the time when comes to kids. Let's be honest, no one enjoys going to get dental work done, but the team here will do all they can to make sure you leave with your happiest smile. 😀

I highly recommend this office for your ortho treatment. Not only is it in a great location but Dr. Battle and her staff are the absolute best, all are friendly and caring. I always feel comfortable and at home during my appointments. The office itself is a vibe. I’m forever thankful for Dr. Battle and the life changing smile she constructed for me.
