My daughter has curly hair, took her for her first keratin treatment for her 12th birthday. Had her ends clipped for extra also plus left a tip. Total $200. Took pics after it was done and remembered telling my daughter the middle of her head still had some curl in it at the roots. But said maybe it needed to settle like some people said. 1 week later . Her hair looks horrible this is with following the rules, and 3 days after just have her wear her bonnet. Her endsvwere curling and hard and had an almost perceptible demarcation line behind her hair where some is straight some wasn't. I almost contacted Felicia back but I don't know if I want them messing with her hair again.
Felicia (I hope that's her name! It's what's on the card she gave me!) Was sweet, kind, understanding and comforting!! I'm kind of a crybaby so those last two were kind of important!! The office is lovely and comfortable and the actual "work" area is clean and sterile! I 100% would recommend this place (and Felicia!!) To anyone getting any of the work they do!!! Looking forward to my next visit!!
Beverly Laser in my one stop shop for all of my beauty needs! Felicia has done my hair for years but through our relationship I have grown into quite a few other services! And I loved the outcome of each and everyone! As far as hair care, my hair is healthy and beautiful each time I leave! She gets to know your hair and provides care accordingly! Felicia is also my vacation guru! I hadn’t tried wigs until Felicia did my first install! I was hooked! Ive got a list of other services offered at Beverly Laser that I plan to try because of the trust I have in Felicia!
The service was excellent. Felicia was wonderful and made me even more excited for the hair coloring and press I was getting than I had already been when I first walked in the door. Would definitely go back and would definitely recommend to others.
