We were given an $80 estimate to simply shorten the dress & take up the shoulder area about a half-inch. The fabric is basic polyester without any bead work. We decided not to have the work done here. The estimate was way too high. This is a residence... we were unaware of this until we pulled into the neighborhood following the GPS.
I went to this business seeking alterations to a sari, so I could put it on myself. Mamta took the time to listen to what I wanted. She then proposed a better solution and created a beautiful dress from the sari. Her attention to detail and responsiveness to my needs (timeline, etc.) were amazing. I would use her again and highly recommend others do too!
Mamta is amazing!! She is incredibly efficient and very good at what she does. She had my bridesmaid dress done within a few days and it came out perfect. She is super sweet and very professional. Would recommend to anyone! Will definitely use her for all my future tailoring needs!
Mamta was fantastic! I had ordered a lengha and blouse for an upcoming ceremony and Sangeet I was invited to. I admittedly did not know what I was ordering as this my first time wearing Indian attire and both garments came unstitched. She was so helpful in guiding me with how things should fit. She was able to create the blouse to fit my measurements perfectly (and even made minor adjustments when I went to pick it up after trying it on). The price was fair and her work was done very quickly and professionally! Thank you!!!
I needed to have dress pants hemmed for my son at the last minute and Mamta was so accommodating! She got them back to me same day with plenty of time to spare and her work was excellent. I would recommend her for quick, friendly service and so convenient in West Cary.
