The bus has picked up my children multiple Times over 30 minutes late. They answer the phone and when you complain depending on who answers there is no accountability. This business is run like a circus. Unprofessional. Parents need to call the BOARD OF EDUCATION AND COMPLAIN
My son's driver is amazing but the service in general is not. She got into trouble for allowing my son to sit up front. He's 6ft and over 300 pounds , he is perfectly capable of sitting up front. She isn't allowed to give me her phone number so I can call her if my son can't go that day or if I'm late getting home in the rare times that happens.
My 8yr old daughter was taken to Steelton and we live in Harrisburg. After talking to her school they informed me that Boyo didn't follow protocol in notifying the school that a substitute driver. I contacted Boyo and spoke with a supervisor and explained my concerns in which the Supervisor replied whats your concern in which i explained that i will address this matter with another authority.
Has forgotten my daughter more times I can count, tried to refuse her a car seat because it wasn’t ‘in the order’. Writing this as the bus is now 49 minutes late because they forgot to pick her up again.
Never on time to pick up my child and I've been saying I want a new bus driver but they still give me the same one
