At Ease Sunday's is by far the most electrifying and energetic open mic for artist here in Chicago!!! The open mic set is just that, Open! Open to artist of any caliber, any genre at any level. You can come to At Ease and find talent from poets, comedians, rappers, singers, dancers, etc!!! The host and At Ease team do an awesome job at making each guest feel at ease. Whether you're a first timer or whether you've been mastering your craft for years every artist that signs the list gets an equal share of love, respect and positivity!!! So come out to spit a piece or just to hear some, every first Sunday!!! GET IN THERE!!!!

I first came to At Ease Sunday's with shaking knees and a novice voice. Still, they welcomed me to the stage as if they believed in me and actually cared about what it was I had to say. It felt so good, I came back again and again, eventually honing my craft into something of an artist who graces the stage, truly feeling "at ease." So much so that I'm now a member of Team At Ease!
At Ease Sundays is an open mic for everyone. The skill level ranges from beginning poet to seasoned ones. I also like that fact that it's open to a variety of artists with various talents. It's an energetic and friendly environment.
