Not only were my nails beautiful, I also enjoyed my conversation with Aliya. I love that this is a black-owned, woman-owned business of a woman born and raised right here in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh can do big things and they can do it right! The location is amazing, the store front is beautiful, and Aliya has so much talent!🤍💙🧡
Treated my husband to his 1st pedicure. He was serviced by Gina. She was professional and he really enjoyed the pedicure. It was a Halloween special so it came with a cocktail which was cute. The salon is very beautiful and all the staff were super nice. I will be booking myself for some services
I shopped with Paige, she created these beautiful press-ons for my baby shower and has professionalism and a vibe like no other. Her creativity is out of this world I highly recommend her her work is 100/10 😍😍
I had Delaney… and I’m going to be honest..her dip needs some serious work… and more training! Her dip was lumpy, and bumpy, and had some debris. Not to mention, while she was filing them out, she filed too much that she filed off the dip color, and when i said something for her to fix it, that’s when she got all awkward quiet, like a little take aback that I wanted her to fix it. I had to ask her fix the many spots that didn’t have color 2-3x times..also her hands were shaking the whole time and i was a bit scared when she was doing my cuticles that she was going to cut me, and she did…i was bleeding, and i told her she got me and all she said was, “it’s fine” yea no it’s not fine! After she was finished… the finished look was bad… mind you I’m not the professional, but i get dips ALOT! and she did a horrible job and i was trying to be nice, but at the same time, honest about it that I was not satisfied and i don’t really like it, (who wants bumps and lumps when you are paying money for this?!) Well her response was not costumer service quality because all she said was that she’s done this for a long time (before she started my nails i asked how long she’s done nails and she said 1 year 😑), she kept feeling my nails and kept saying i don’t feel any lumps and bumps, it feels smooth to her 🤨, and that she’s never had any complaints and to take it up with Aliya and walks outside to smoke… wow… that was so beyond rude. She leaves me not know what to do because how the heck am i going to get ahold of this Aliya person? Well, Vanessa at the next seat over helps me! Vanessa is amazing by the way, she was nice and helpful and had such good costumer service! She got ahold of Aliya for me and told her what was going on, and Vanessa could even see and feel the lumps and bumps too. Thanks to Vanessa, I only had to pay half. And I’m usually a good tipper.. but Delaney definitely did not get a tip.. Thank you Vanessa for helping me 🙏🏼
I normally dont do google reviews however i felt like one for this place was completely necessary. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I love to support Black owned/minority business however this place is a complete joke and I do not know how they still are in business. Professionalism is ridiculous. I have had 4 girls in the same friend group and I go here over the course of a month and the amount of rescheduling, canceling, excuses, waiting is absolutely ridiculous. Its crazy because try to come late they will charge, however these people do not know how to maintain appointments. Its actually laughable they call themselves a business. Nail techs are extremely rude and the owner doesnt know how to properly run a business it seems. Customer service is lacking. I would suggest going here if you like to wait for hours just to get your nails done and be charged over priced. Also the product they use is extremely cheap. My fiend got charged 70$ for gel paint on her toes just for it to peel off later that day.
