Recommended to me by my caterer, I was profoundly disappointed in the service I received. They didn't tell me that a tent I wanted could only be on grass. We had a gravel driveway over dirt. I would have ordered the other tent. The delivery person was exceptionally rude and swore at my daughter who was handling the delivery of the tent, tables and chairs for her graduation. When I asked for a refund on the exceptionally high delivery charges, I was told they were being 'kind' in refunding the tent fee. Poor response via phone when ordering should have been my tip off that they would do a poor job, but it was graduation weekend and my choices were limited. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will also be telling my caterer that they dropped the ball.
A1 party rentals provided a great opportunity for our family and friends to connect with one another. We rented a speaker, tent, and dance floor which all were set up and torn down by the company. It was super simple to work with them and I highly recommend!
I wouldn’t suggest this place. Look elsewhere where prices are better and customer service is polite
They are an absolutely fantastic company with great prices! They did a wedding for me and were nothing but excited and thrilled to help out. They definitely beat every competitor in our area and they have amazing customer service. Everything was done great nothing but positive feedback!!!
AMAZING!! We rented the double slushy machine for my husband’s retirement party. The bourbon slushies we made were perfect and the hit of the party. The machine worked so well, was easy to set up, and use. The service was great and Lisa from A-1 was wonderful to work with! Katina H.
