Had a great experience with the party bud for our son’s wedding! Our driver Kevin was professional and accommodating! We were very pleased and would definitely use them again!!
Not only did Paul manage to squeeze us in last minute (2 day notice), he also provided the best rate between 20 different limo service companies! Extremely elegant party bus, brand new with A/C, great sound systems, and extremely roomy (24 bus with 24 people). 10/10 service, driver was professional and great. Will be back soon! Thank you Paul!
This company is a SCAM! They claim they require a CC number to send over a quote via email, but then they withdrew a $200 deposit before we even received the quote. We never signed a contract, we were simply requesting a quote for a party bus for our wedding. When my fiance asked for his money back, they refused to take his calls, would only text him, and they said "deposits are nonrefundable" even though we NEVER SIGNED A CONTRACT or agreed to pay any sort of deposit!! He told them he would go through his CC company instead, and they texted back "good luck, we win in court every time." Please stay FAR away from this place!
My encounter with A-List Limousine was incredibly unprofessional and deceptive. They demanded my credit card number for a quote, but prior to even receiving my quote, they proceeded to charge $200 without my consent. Despite numerous ignored calls to have my money refunded, they displayed a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. The use of a fake name during communication and their dismissive response of "Understand it really doesn't matter because we win in court every single time" further highlighted their dishonesty when attempting to get my non-agreed upon deposit back. I strongly advise against using A-List Limousine due to their unprofessional behavior, deceptive practices, and lack of customer care. I highly suggest anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. Seek out a reputable company that values its customers.
What a great company! We hired A-List for our wedding and they were outstanding. Great customer service, it was easy to get a hold of them with questions, the bus was beautiful and our driver was on time and so flexible with any location changes we threw his way! I would definitely recommended A-List for any event!
