This is the most unorganized store I've visited in the past few months. I ordered my coffee, and the cashier got my order wrong (wrong size). When i was picking up my order, I told the guy that I've ordered a venti. He just rudely said to go talk to the cashier. Went back, she was not there , anitger lady just reprinted the receipt and told me she didn't know. They had to call another person to do a refund and reorder my drink, which was a big total of $0.33 cents! I have no problem paying the difference, but the way they went about was unreal
The coffee is good and sometimes Drive thru service is ok. However, as of recently I have been getting a not so good attitude by the same individual. I do get a cup of ice weekly, but I guess it’s becoming an issue. Unfortunately, the business has to get this rating because of 1 persons customer service.
I ordered a venti size but seems I got poured a grande or tall size. SMH it’s my cash and I would like to get what I pay for please?
I understand that most places are short staffed right now. But sitting in drive thru for an hour is absolutely ridiculous. And once you get in, you're stuck. So you have no choice but to wait and wait and wait................. I endee up with a half a cup of mocha and they forgot to give us our cranberry bars. We were so glad to finally be out of drive thru that we didn't even realize it until we pulled out of line. Wasn't worth our time to walk inside. On the upside my husband said his coffee was good. Very disappointed.
Yeah, yeah, it's Starbucks - what's so special, right? I'll tell ya, it's the gal in charge Thursday evening. She had a great attitude, welcomed - genuinely - us, gave great advice on drinks, explained things, suggested options on how to modify - all the things. She was everything a customer service professional should be - and I didn't get her name. She sold us a great decaf Flat White and Caramel Ribbon around 20:45 Thurs, Feb 16, and she deserves some kudos! Update: her name is Becca and she is still going strong in June, 2023! Rock on, Becca!
