I’ve been here a handful of times now and so far my experience has been great. I’ve dropped off skirts, dresses, coats, my husbands suits and everything has come back looking amazing. No complaints. I have always been greeted by the same employee. I try to come early in the morning, before 9am and the clothes will be ready same day- ready for pick up at 5pm. I’ve never used their drop off service but for someone in rush seems good to do. You buy a clothes bag size small or large for 5.49 and 7.49 respectively. You then can drop it off at the front of the store. Your credit card must be in file with the store first. Parking is always available. I’ve never had to wait to be helped. Friendly service and clean clothes.
This is for the second time they took my money and were not able to dry clean my shirts properly. If you can’t do it just don’t take the order or be truthful to mention that we are not dry cleaners actually, I can happily wash my shirts myself at home there is no need to pay outside. And then very conveniently the lady at the counter said to my wife they don’t have a refund policy. No more visits to this place ever.
I've been bringing shirts and pants here for years. No issues. Then 1 day I need to bring in my king size 100% of wool, Mattress cover. The young lady who have never seen before ( I should mention every time I go in there. It's someone new. That should tell you something) ask me if I want it laundered. I tell her no. It must be dry cleaned. It will get ruined if it's laundered. She says "ok". I come back to get it and it is completely ruined. It is the size of Linus's blanket from Peanuts. No big deal. Mistakes happen. What really made me upset with the whole deal is just trying to get through to a manager to take care of the issue. It took 2 weeks and about 100 phone calls to finally get them to do the right thing and pay for their mistake. And by paying for their mistake, I mean. They gave me 75% of what I paid for it two years ago. Not what I had to pay for it to replace it. The trick is you need to go to the website and file a complaint. Then someone might get back to you. I'll never bring stuff there again..
The service here is amazing, the employees know exactly what to do and are very friendly and great. I always come to this location and drop off my clothes. My garments always come out perfect and on time. This is the only dry cleaners I would recommend especially for the price nothing can top that off. Very fast service and great reliability. I would recommend this for anyone who needs dry cleaning services. 10/10
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DRY CLEANER!!! I dropped off my expensive Northface jacket for it to get dry cleaned. It’s a down jacket, and when I picked it up all the feathers were stuck together at different places. I called and the manager Drey told me to bring it back so they can take a look at it. This was the first and last time I was able to talk to him because he literally refuses to call me back and talk about this issue. I had to go back to find out that my jacket was dry cleaned again, but the damage is still not gone. I’ve been calling on a daily basis even the customer service in Maryland to get any type of manager to contact me and let me know what’s going on with my jacket. It is winter and I had to get a replacement jacket because they ruined mine. I would never go to this chain again because even calling the headquarters you are not getting any response; just a “someone will give you a call back” (3 weeks later still nothing). Save your money and go somewhere else where they take good care of your clothes and provide good customer service.
