I had an amazing experience at Upscale Nail Lounge! They book by appointment which allows for a no wait, chill environment that fosters a personal connection with each client. I felt at home. Mrs. Latoya Scott is very knowledgeable and passionate about her business and she’s personable! My nail tech was Rene and she is just wonderful 👏🏾🙌🏾 Rene answered all of the questions I had and didn’t bat an eye when I mentioned my eczema on my hands & feet.
I was charged for every fingernail (10)and every toenail (10) $5 in addition of paying for the manicure and pedicure. It was so outrageous I was shocked to even question when I was told my bill, close to $200. I wanted regular polish but was given gel. It took 4.5hrs to get a simple manicure and pedicure done and my design was not done well. So disappointed! Management responded and stated "we will get back to you ". What happened to the follow up? It has been a week!. This was a rip off. Charging me $180 for pedicure and manicure
I’ve been twice now once for a natural pedicure and manicure and the second for a fullset and a milk and honey pedicure. Both times I was greeted promptly everyone was friendly and my tech ready for me within 10min of my appointment time! My favorite service so far was my second my tech was Ms. Stacey she took her time she was personable and worked to make sure I had everything I wanted. She took her time on the shape and quality of my nails and asked if I was comfortable multiple times. I felt like I was part of the conversation and not rushed through. Love love love the attention to detail and friendly service!! Can’t wait to try a massage and eyebrow wax !!
Manicure was nice and ambience also. However unfortunately she absolutely destroyed my nails by oversanding them! I always had absolutely amazing beautiful natural nails but now I can fold my nails, so thin she left them. That’s absolutely absurd. In addition, the gel polish peeled off same day a couple of hours after. I have no words to describe how frustrating and revolting my experience was
Beautiful setup. Black Owned! Service takes a while to complete but always nice experience
