Sincerely recently catered my daughter’s wedding. I was so looking forward to the food, since she & the groom has chosen to do a breakfast buffet. I was disappointed before the food even arrived. They were late arriving to the venue & after multiple phone calls from the venue coordinator, assured her they would be setup & ready to serve by the desired time. They were NOT. The food wasn’t ready until easily 15 minutes past promised time. Not only that, but the food was lukewarm, at best! The portion sizes were embarrassingly small! The bacon was undercooked & slimy. The quality of food was mediocre. I sadly would not recommend them.
Absolutely ONE OF THE BEST CHEFS in Indy! The peach cobbler French toast! The fried chicken! The adorable and delicious charcuterie board and fruit cups! You will not be disappointed with Chef Tweet!
I had an incredible experience with Sincere Catering and Chef Moore! The delicious food, professionalism, and dedication to our Non-Profit Fundraiser certainly left a lasting impression. Recommending Chef Moore for all events !!!
