They have "emergency walk ins" available. Trust me though when I say don't waste your time unless you have a simple procedure that could be covered by a normal visit there is nothing they can do for you and won't even give you pain medication to hold you over the months wait for the oral surgeon they will inevitably refer you to. Who cares you can't eat or drink.. you can wait until March of next year. The dental assistant even told me that if I didn't call to schedule my referral appointment the same day I got it the other doctor they were referring me to would retaliate by scheduling me even further out....further than march...anyways just go to Aspen Dental they can waive the initial visit fee and you'll get taken care of sooner just cost more.
They took a month to get the paperwork filled out and then lost my xrays that took 3 months to get from Valparaiso Family dentistry lol 😆 glad she suggested Afdent!!! Think they are full until October bwahaha WHT? How? Too stupid to breath if you ask me. Go somewhere else
On my visit at this clinic X-ray were taking and I was told for next visit my extraction of tooth would vary depending upon procedure,but on my appointment date for extraction the fee already set for higher procedure, I found this a very dishonest way to management services to the people in need.
I have really bad anxiety, but the entire staff was so helpful and considerate. Sometimes dentists talk about you as opposed to you, but I was included in every conversation from the start.
Amazing staff and all worked very efficiently. Dr. Jeffers has a very warm personality and felt very comforted and less nervous once she came in. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience as a new patient and recommend Dr Jeffers to anyone needing a tooth extraction done, or any service rather. I will definitely be making my next appointment with them and transferring my file over. Great job, HEART CITY DENTAL!!👍👍👍
