We had reached Favorite Grampy Travels very early in our travel planning and were reached by their agent Kathy Vrooman. Is hard to plan and make decisions for a party of 11. Kathy was hard at work when we were already in Florida and had decided to hit Universal / Islands of Adventure the day before we recontacted her. I am so grateful for her assistance, encouragement, and timely responsibility in getting all of us our tickets. We had a blast with our 2 Day PTP ticket with 3 free days and Early Admission was a blessing 🙌 ❣️ Thank you Kathy❗️
