I can’t say enough good things about our experience with my children’s dentist! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, which immediately put my child at ease. The dentist was incredibly patient and gentle, explaining each step of the process in a way that made my child feel comfortable. They even let my little one wear sunglasses during the exam, which was a fun touch! What impressed me most was the dentist’s expertise in dealing with children’s dental health. They took the time to educate us on proper oral care for kids and answered all our questions with a smile. My child left with a sticker and a big smile, excited about their next visit. Overall, this children’s dentist provides exceptional care in a child-friendly environment. The front office and dentist's are very professional. I love how they welcome you with smile. The wait time is way better than all. Thank you Caring Dental staff for all that you I appreciate you Good Customer Service .
1. The receptionist was unaccurate. 2. The assistant was too slow,arrogant. 3. The "German" DDS's appron was unsanitary. 4. The three verbally abused me my whole three minutes in the dental chair. 5. I felt more like I was in a three way "examine" relationship, the way I was confronted by the staff at this place!
first of all the front desk is very kind she answered all my questions and also helped me to schedule my appointment the doctor was so nice I did one Toth failing and deep cleaning I really like it
I have been receiving my dental treatment from Caring dental for almost a year, and I am very satisfied with the services they offer. I have had my eight cavities filled by Dr. Nasera Tahi, and now I have the smoothest teeth ever. I have been to many dentists in DMV area, but the care, services, quality, environment and staff Caring Dental got are unbeatable. IT’s noteworthy that Dr Nasera is phenomenal. I will never change my dentist this time.
