AMAZING!! Hands down one of the best massage experiences I have ever had. From booking my appointment to getting my massage. The receptionist was super sweet and very helpful from me booking my appointment, to checking me out when I was leaving. Penny (the owner) is truely a great massage therapist and makes sure you have the most relaxing time. She actually took the time to read over my intake form and focused on my problem areas. I walked out feeling amazing. Thank you so much! I booked my second appointment before I left. See you next week.
Very easy to book and get into get a massage. Yvonne was very good. She checked on me often to be sure the pressure was right and I was comfortable. She did everything she could to make sure I understood the goal of relaxation. I appreciated her efforts. Yvonne is a 5*! Unfortunately, there were a few issues, and my 60 minute massage was only relaxing for about 15 minutes. The first 25 minutes, a Colleague and client had a loud conversation right outside the door of the room. The face cradle kept falling, and we just stopped using it. And finally my 60 minute massage ended in 48 minutes. I wonder now if this was because there was a $10 off special, but I was really wanting a full 60 minutes. Beyond that, I was asked to pay in advance, which didnt give me an opportunity to offer a gratuity, and when I checked out, I was not told that I could still leave a gratuity on my card. My account showed that the transaction had gone thru on the day I booked the appointment. I did call to let the office manager know. She was polite as she received the feedback.
They were so affordable, nice, and clean. Very relaxing will definitely be going back!
